Terms of Service

Welcome to VidBerry. By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VidBerry, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

VidBerry provides AI-powered video and image generation services. The service includes:

You may use VidBerry with an anonymous account or sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

4. Credits and Payments

4.1 Credit System

VidBerry uses a credit-based system for AI generations. Credits are consumed when you use generation features. The number of credits required varies by feature type and is displayed before each generation.

4.2 Subscriptions

We offer subscription plans that provide credits on a recurring basis. Subscription details and credit amounts are displayed in the app at the time of purchase.

4.3 Credit Packs

One-time credit packs are also available for purchase. Credit packs do not expire.

4.4 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

4.5 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for the remaining subscription period.

4.6 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policies. Unused credits from cancelled subscriptions remain available until the end of the billing period.

You retain ownership of content you upload to VidBerry. You also own the AI-generated outputs created from your inputs, subject to applicable AI model terms.

6.2 License to Us

By using the service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

6.3 AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content may be subject to additional terms based on the underlying AI models used. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT GENERATED CONTENT WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.
